MOJO ARE JOE JOHNSON , JERRY TURNER & the fabulous HAYLEY JOHNSON !! All are excellent performers on there own and have been performing separately for Decades at venues throughout Texas, Arkansas,Mississippi, Tennessee,Oklahoma, and all over the southern United States. JOE JOHNSON & JERRY TURNER met in 2003 at Texas Jive on Fry Street in Denton Texas during a Package show and quickly became friends. Since then along with doing there solo performances they have done many performances together as MOJO. JOE JOHNSON met HAYLEY ENOCH at a JOE JOHNSON performance in Denton in 2005 at J & J's pizzaria, and she was hired on as the bassist and keyboard player ,as well as female vocalist for the band. They quickly fell in Love and are now an inseperable married couple On any given night during a MOJO performance you will hear everything from folk music, country music, blues music, jazz, rock, gospel, bluegrass, disco, even some rearranged rap tunes they can & will do everything imaginable and some things you would never imagine on a stage !! These three have a variety of over two hundred thousand songs & and very unique and unforgetable stage persona that is far different from everything else !! JERRY TURNER plays the drums,harmonica,guitar and sings all at the same time while Joe Johnson plays the guitar ,harmonica and sings while playing guitars behind his back,over his head,with his tongue and like a piano thrown on the floor sometimes even two guitars at once or wrapped around little Hayley and even the occasional unsuspecting passerby! Hayley Johnson plays the bass , guitar, keyboards,mandolin ,some banjo, and sings as well as adds a touch of style and class to the stage performance and overall sound. As an added bonus she is also much prettier than Jerry Turner & Joe Johnson . The overall performances of these three together keep the audience amazed as well as entertained, cheering and singing along with the songs . They can adapt to any venue and audience and always keep the crowd coming back for more.
